How do I login?

  1. To login, first, select your school:


  2. Next, select your name:


  3. Then, type your password in (this should be the same password you use to login to your computer):


  4. Press the the Submit button button to login:


  5. If you logged in sucessfully, you should be brought to your entry page.

How do I add my lunch counts for today?

  1. To add your lunch counts for today, first login:


  2. If it is before 10:00AM, you may enter your counts for white and blue:


    1. If it is past 10:00AM, you will need to contact your Food Service staff with your lunch counts.

  3. Once you have your counts entered, press the Submit button:


  4. You will then be brought to this screen:


  5. You have successfully added your counts for today, and can close the window.

How do I edit my lunch counts for today?

  1. To edit your lunch counts for today, first you need to login:


    1. If it is past 10:00AM, you will need to contact your Food Service staff with your lunch counts.

  2. Now, if you have entered counts for today, you can change the numbers to what you need:

  3. Once you have edited your counts, you can press the Submit button:


  4. You will then be brought to this screen:


  5. You have sucessfully edited your counts.

What if my class is having a party or isn't going to have lunch today?

  1. To let the Food Service personnel know youre class is not having lunch today,
    you need to first login:


  2. Once you have logged in, all you need to do now, is check the No lunch/field trip/party box
    which is located at the bottom of the entry form:


  3. Your counts will be defaulted to "0":


  4. Now, all you need to do is press the Submit button:


  5. You will then be brought to this screen:


  6. Your Food Service personnel now know your class will not be having lunch today.

  7. If you need to change this, you will need to edit your counts for today.

How long do I have to enter my counts for today?

You have until 10:00AM to add/edit your counts.

What if it is past 10:00AM and I need to add or change my lunch counts for today?

If it is past 10:00AM and you need to add/edit your lunch counts for today,
you will need to contact your Food Service personnel in order to change your counts for today.

As of now, you can not add your lunch counts for tomorrow, today.

Who can I contact if I have any problems?

If you have any questions, concerns or problems, please contact your Food Service personnel.
From there, they will relay all questions, concerns or problems to the HPS Tech Office.
